Joining our Loyalty Scheme is super simple and can be done in just one step - simply just sign up for an account and click the box to sign up for our newsletter to hear about more discounts before anyone else! You can change your email preferences at any time in the customer portal.

Joining the loyalty scheme is extremely quick and easy to do, simply create an account with us and sign up for the newsletter - and just like that you'll start seeing discounts all over our store!
Don't worry if you forget to click the checkbox for the newsletter when signing up, as you can change your email preferences at any time in your account settings.

Loyalty products can be found all over our website, if you're not logged in you can identify if the product you're looking at is in the Loyalty Scheme by looking in the "More Information" tab and if it says "Loyalty Discount: Yes" then it is in the scheme.
If you're logged in to your loyalty account, then all products in our loyalty scheme automatically show up with the discount when you're looking at them.
It is free to make a YouBoat Loyalty Account, and once you've created one, all products in our loyalty scheme are have a 10% discount applied to them, unless a larger discount is available from a different promotion, in which case the larger discount will be shown.
Unfortunately not at the moment, other than knowing that your friend is now getting loyalty discounts too. We may implement a refer-a-friend scheme in the far future.

We have three types of account on our YouBoat website:
General Account
General accounts do not get any discounts, other than promotional offers and discount coupons. This is people who are not logged in or haven't signed up for our newsletter.
Loyalty Account
Loyalty accounts get a 10% discount off a large range of products across our whole site. Loyalty accounts are customers who have accounts and have signed up for our newsletter.
Trade Account
Trade accounts get access to an exclusive trade section of our website which contains products that are only available to trade accounts. Trade accounts also get excusive trade prices on a large range of products across our store.
