Nick Cox Yacht Chandler has been part of the YouBoat family since 2020. You’ll see both Nick Cox and YouBoat brands in-store - it’s the same great chandlery whatever the name.

Shop Manager Mark Phillips and the team are full of boating product knowledge and happy to advise or recommend if needed. Our colleagues are sailors, racers and motor boaters and most are or have been boat owners.

Come and browse our thousands of boating products. We’re open every day from 8am, including bank holidays. Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day are the only days we’re shut.

Find us right at the entrance to Lymington Yacht Haven off Kings Saltern Road SO41 3QD – there’s plenty of free parking and even more in the Yacht haven. You’ll find us on Google Maps under Nick Cox Yacht Chandler or YouBoat Lymington.

Marine Store

Our marine store has free parking on site, plus there is even more parking in the Yacht Haven. The shop is wheelchair accessible (except for the mezzanine floor, which can only be accessed via the stairs) and we are happy to help with personal shopping if needed.

We welcome friendly boat dogs – we even have lifejackets for dogs of all sizes. Nick Cox is a popular shopping spot for parents of children learning to sail at Salterns Sailing Club – we have a good choice of wetsuits, beach shoes and buoyancy aids.

As well as boating equipment, we also have a fully stocked convenience store, selling essentials like milk, bread and sandwiches, plus biscuits, snacks, store cupboard staples and tins – even newspapers, alcohol and ice creams.

We’ve even got a freezer for fishing bait and we stock a small range of boat angling and crabbing gear.

Located at the road entrance to Lymington Yacht Haven, we’re minutes from the Yacht Haven and Lymington Harbour’s Dan Bran pontoon, the Royal Lymington Yacht Club, Lymington Town Sailing Club and Salterns Sailing Club. The shop is just 10 minutes’ walk from Berthon Marina or 20 minutes’ from Lymington Town Quay pontoons.

YouBoat Nick Cox Chandlery is popular with boat owners based in Beulieu River and Bucklers Hard Marina, Keyhaven and Christchurch Harbour. Bucklers Hard is about 20 minutes by car, Keyhaven 15 minutes and Christchurch around 30 minutes’ drive from the shop.
